Puranjay Infosol Pvt Ltd (“C‑Quence”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India (CIN U74999WB2018PTC226798, GSTIN 19AAJCP9590J1ZJ), operates the website cquence.tech and provides Nova and Crystal application development and related services (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors, prospective customers and customers of the Services (“you”).
We process personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), to the extent applicable.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out the demo-booking form, download a Nova or Crystal brochure, request a quote, or place an order:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without asking you first.
Where the DPDP Act applies, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form) or where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation (such as GST record-keeping), or for other permitted “legitimate uses” recognised under the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the contact details below; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Services, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing arrangements:
We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage to remember basic preferences (such as whether you have dismissed the cookie notice, and your selected Nova/Crystal tab). If we enable analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel) in the future, this section and the on-site cookie notice will be updated accordingly, and, where required by law, we will request your consent before loading non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
When online payment is enabled, all card, UPI and net-banking transactions are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. C‑Quence does not store your full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials on its own servers at any time.
We retain enquiry and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you are a customer — in which case we retain order, billing and invoicing records for as long as required under Indian tax and company law (currently up to 8 years), or as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We use industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and hosting on Cloudflare’s secure infrastructure — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act, where applicable), you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timelines prescribed by law.
Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare and Resend) may process or store data outside India as part of their global service delivery. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain an adequate level of data protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated directly where appropriate.
